CR2 (CECOM Rapid Response)

The CECOM Rapid Response (CR2) Program streamlines the acquisition process, enabling any Federal agency to quickly obtain the engineering and manufacturing support needed for new and existing weapon systems, subsystems, platforms, communications, electronic warfare, and information systems. Serving the entire Federal Government, the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, is able to award flexible time and material (T&M) and firm fixed price (FFP) task orders through the use of a 19-day competitive award process.
