Account Information—ARINC Customer Portal and Data Warehouse

The ARINC Customer Portal consolidates information from service management and business process applications and provides current customers with Internet access to:

  • AviNet network performance management
  • GLOBALink ACARS® message traffic and statistics
  • Historical information such as network utilization trends
  • Data Warehouse/Data Mart, invoices, and billing and traffic statistics and reports
  • GLOBALink coverage maps
  • Service requests, change orders, trouble tickets, and help desk communication

Current ARINC customers may request access to the portal at the ARINC Customer Portal site or by sending an email to the ARINC Service Desk.
