Raptor Training Courses

ARINC offers Raptor Fundamentals—a hands-on course in reliability, availability, maintainability, capacity, and cost analysis simulation, using the user-friendly Raptor software package.

Regional Training Schedule

All courses are for three days, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You need not buy the Raptor software to attend the Raptor Fundamentals training course. All training purchases include the Raptor reference manual. All sales of less than $5,000 and all foreign sales must be executed by means of credit cards.

*The February and November two-day classes are limited to the first 6 attendees to confirm. The other classes, with the exception of the Las Vegas class, may be changed to two-day courses based on attendance.

Laptops

These courses are designed for laptops only, requiring each student to bring a viable laptop to the course. Each student must ensure that their laptop includes a CD drive, and we recommend a mouse for those individuals not accustomed to touch-pads and easy-point friction stems. Some organizations restrict their employees from loading software on their computer assets, and thus each student needs to ensure that they have privilege rights to load software on their laptop.

Laptops can be provided to those students who cannot acquire a laptop for a Raptor course. A $150 fee will be added to the training costs for each student desiring an ARINC-provided laptop. When registering, please specify whether you are bringing a laptop or requesting an ARINC-provided laptop.

On Site Training

ARINC will bring the Raptor Fundamentals course to your facility—saving you time and money. Students benefit from on-site training, because we can focus discussions on your industry. A minimum charge for 10 training slots is assessed for an on-site training course, and may include up to 40 students.

On-site presentation of the three-day Raptor Fundamentals course costs $14,000 plus a fixed travel fee of $2,500 (for training within the continental United States). To add an additional day of consulting, add $2,500. For each additional student in excess of 10, add $1,400. You may purchase a copy of the Raptor software for $1,700 for each training slot, as long as this purchase occurs at the time of training.
