Raptor Service Packs

Service packs are updates to licensed versions of the Raptor reliability software. They keep Raptor current, as well as extend and update the functionality of your program. Service packs are cumulative—each new service pack contains all of the fixes that are included with previous service packs together with any new fixes. You do not need to install a previous version of a service pack before you install the latest version.

How do you know if you should update? From Raptor, go to the Help menu and select the About box. The About box will show what version of Raptor you currently have installed. If you are a Raptor 6.0 user, the latest version is 6.0.14. If you are a Raptor 7.0 user, the current version is 7.0.10.

To download the service pack: Click on the appropriate service pack below. The file is in self-extracting zip format. There are two files included in the patch: ThisPatchFixes70.txt, Raptor7.exe. ThisPatchFixes70 contains a description of the improvements that you will find in this latest version of Raptor. Double-click on Raptor7010Patch.exe to unzip these files directly to the Raptor 7.0 directory and overwrite the old files contained in that directory. If you did not install Raptor 7.0 in the default location (C:\Program Files\Raptor 7.0), you will have to browse from the Winzip window to place the zipped files in the Raptor 7.0 directory.
