Training is complimentary with the purchase of the Raptor 7.0 software, as long as this training is undertaken within one year of the software purchase. ARINC provides installation and setup support at no charge. Technical support, which covers all issues related to using the software, can be purchased on a semi-yearly basis for $1,000 or a yearly basis of $1,700. When the level of support needed extends into solving company-specific simulation issues, consulting support is also available. All
