Airport Systems Integration Services

It just makes sense: When airport systems share data and infrastructure, overall airport operations become more efficient and effective. But smoothly integrating a diverse set of information, communications, and other systems can be a complex challenge. That's where ARINC's airport systems integration services can help.

Airline checkin counterWe specify, install, and integrate a full spectrum of airport systems—airside and landside—along with airport communications products and services. We make sure the right systems and technologies are used, leverage your existing investments to the maximum degree, and integrate the systems so they work together smoothly. Our proven systems architecture uses a common communications backbone and airport operational database—eliminating the source of many airport systems problems: silos of information and separate communications networks.

Here's how ARINC's experienced and knowledgeable master systems integrator staff can help you make the most of your airport investment:

  • We'll work with you and your tenants to determine your needs, both technically and financially, then recommend the mix of solutions that's right for your operation. Although ARINC offers a wide range of our own fully integrated airport products, we'll procure and integrate the solution that's best for your needs—even if it's from another vendor.
  • We'll provide everything you require for a fully integrated solution. From project management and procurement, to systems integration, testing, and final commissioning, ARINC will be there with you all the way.
  • Our qualified technical support engineers can deliver continuing site maintenance and software support for all your integrated systems—24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As part of the installation of the new international terminal at San Francisco International Airport, ARINC procured, integrated, and installed over 12 operational systems, including passenger ticketing and departure systems, flight information, baggage reconciliation, and new RFID technology for increased levels of security. Many of these systems point to a shared database, enabling airport operations staff, airlines, and other airport tenants to get the information they need—fast.

At ARINC, we appreciate the trust you place in us. When you choose ARINC as your master systems integrator, you can rest assured that we will fully understand your needs before we make any recommendations, and that we have the capability to deliver what you need, when you need it.
