ARINC's Chapman Again Joins Integrators' Round Table at IWCEFebruary 21, 2008Annapolis, Maryland—David W. Chapman, a specialist in the integration of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems with IP-based interoperability systems, will join the Integrators’ Round Table panel Thursday, February 28, at the 2008 International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) in Las Vegas, Nevada. A regular speaker at IWCE events, Mr. Chapman is Senior Advisor to the ARINC Wireless Interoperability Network Solutions (AWINSTM) initiative at ARINC Incorporated in Annapolis, MD. He has focused on IP-based interoperability since 2005 and brings more than 18 years of IT industry experience to the panel. Mr. Chapman will speak briefly on ARINC’s recent success with a number of interoperability integration projects for customers in Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts, and Florida. He will join other panelists in a one-hour moderated discussion on major issues facing integrators today, including the challenges, solutions, and benefits of working with the Public Safety sector. Public Safety Communications is undergoing a shift today toward more flexible IP-based technology, giving systems integrators like ARINC the opportunity to introduce new solutions to improve the communications between multiple agencies and personnel.
