In a Milestone, Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport Deploys the First CUSS Kiosks in Russia

Annapolis, Maryland—ARINC Incorporated today announced it has delivered the first common-use (CUSS) airline passenger kiosks ever deployed in the Russian Federation. The nine ARINC SelfServ^TM check-in kiosks are installed at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport.

Passengers on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines are already using the new kiosks, and other carriers are expected to join the common-use system in time for summer travel season.

Sheremetyevo Airport is the most advanced terminal facility in Russia, and home to more than 100 international and domestic Russian airlines. Many of these already share the check-in counters and departure gates equipped with ARINC’s i MUSE^TM common-use platform.
