Personal Information Collection Statement Pertaining to Recruitment

At ARINC Incorporated (along with its affiliates and subsidiaries, referred to as "ARINC"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. The identifiable information about yourself that you provide to us as an applicant for a position with ARINC (the "Personal Data" or "Data") will be used for recruitment purposes and the Personal Data will be protected in accordance with ARINC's Personal Data Privacy Guidelines outlined below and all applicable laws. The personal data collected in your online profile will be used by ARINC to assess your suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you have applied and to determine preliminary remuneration, bonus payment, and benefits package to be discussed with you subject to selection for the position.

It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for a minimum period of two years. When there are vacancies in our subsidiary or associate companies during that period, we may transfer your application to them for consideration of employment.

You may review, update, or correct the information in your online profile through this web site or by contacting us via e-mail at dataprivacy@arinc.com. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

You may use various methods to submit your Personal Data to ARINC. These methods may include:

  2. Online resume submittal processed by a third-party service provider into an electronic database based in the U.S. accessible by ARINC authorized personnel

If your Personal Data is held in an electronic database, either through your submission process or from completing an online profile, you have the right to see the Personal Data you submitted that ARINC holds about you (subject to applicable local legal limitations and requirements). You may view or update your Personal Data by logging in to the electronic database with your ID and Password. The Human Resources Data Protection Administrator will confirm your rights of access to such Personal Data.

Personal Data will be available for access for a reasonable period of time, and ARINC will allow you to view your Personal Data upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times. The retention of and access to Personal Data shall all be in accordance with applicable local legal requirements.

ARINC makes all reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the Personal Data, but you are encouraged to ensure that Personal Data is kept up to date and amend Personal Data that is inaccurate or out of date (e.g., name and address).

ARINC will endeavor to resolve any issues concerning your Personal Data in accordance with relevant procedures.
