Medical Coverage—Medical coverage for you and your family begins the day you're hiredthere's no waiting period. You can choose from several comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
Retirement/401(k) Plans—The various ARINC Companies have a number of retirement plans that include both company contributions and the opportunity for employee pretax contributions of up to 40%
of your gross salary, or a dollar maximum prescribed by law. Whatever you put in the 401(k) plan, plus any investment income your savings may earn, is not taxed until you take it out of the plan.
Life and Accident Insurance—At no cost to you, you receive life insurance for two times your base annual salary, rounded to the next highest $1,000, and accidental death or dismemberment insurance for two times your base annual salary.
Short- and Long-Term Disability—You may take short-term disability leave for serious health conditions that prevent you from working. If you are continuously disabled for 180 days, you may be approved for long-term disability benefits, which provide 60% of your base monthly earnings.
Flexible Work Schedule—ARINC provides flexible start and stop work hours. Most employees can choose to begin your workday between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. and end between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Alternate Work Schedule—Want to enjoy a long weekend every two weeks? Eligible employees can work a compressed schedule Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.
